The multifunction electric oven EH 6344 Multi 29 is a successor to the popular EH 6311 oven, which has been particularly well received by our customers.

The new electronic control system Intelligent System analyzes the specified information and even recommends a suitable temperature, preheating level, time, and additional functions. You should only choose from more than 50 pre-programmed recipes; the rest is done by the oven itself!

All main and additional functions of the device are controlled by touching a corresponding button on the control panel. All functions, recipes, temperatures and remaining time are displayed on the multifunctional multilingual full-touch sensor TFT color display.

The steam cleaning function helps to remove food particles and grease from the walls of the oven. This function is best suited for light soiling. The cleaning temperature is preset to 130 degrees. The recommended operating time – 20 minutes, maximum duration – 1 hour. At the end of the runtime, an acoustic signal is emitted.

In cases where more thorough cleaning is  required, the self-cleaning function is used. It consists of pyrolytic cleaning, which is carried out by high temperatures. You set the desired duration of the cleaning yourself.

Top and bottom heat and recirculating air fan turn on alternately, keeping the temperature in the oven constant and keeping your food cooked and browned evenly. This mode is especially recommended for dishes that need to be gratinated or for those that require very long cooking times, such as lasagna, pasta casserole, fried chicken or potatoes, etc. In addition, the excellent heat distribution allows the use of lower temperatures during cooking. This results in less juice loss, more tender meat and less weight loss of the roast. The Multi-Cooking option is particularly suitable for cooking fish, which can be prepared with a small amount of spices while preserving taste and appearance. Excellent results can also be achieved when cooking vegetable side dishes such as zucchini, eggplant, peppers, etc.

The heating elements in the oven base and in the cooking cabinet as well as the fan turn on. This combination heats up the oven quickly, resulting in considerable heat development, mainly from the bottom. Pizza mode is ideal for foods that require high temperatures to cook, such as pizzas and large roasts.

Gentle cooking, particularly suitable for cakes, pastries and non-dry sweets.

Tender cuts of meat, steaks, chops, sausages, fish, cheese toasties, and more can be grilled using EH 6344.  With the “Super Grill” function, you can take full advantage of the large grill area and the food is prepared faster than with the “Grill” function. Fan-assisted grill mode or multi-grill ensures the additional activation of the fan, which prevents burning of the food on the surface. Excellent results are obtained with meat and vegetable skewers, sausages, ribs, lamb chops, chicken in a spicy sauce, quail, pork chops, etc.

The AirFry mode ensures crispy, evenly cooked and tasty results, without the addition of oil or grease. Especially recommended for French fries, chicken wings, nuggets and similar products.

Select one of the circulating air functions and set the temperature controller to zero, then the fan feeds cold air into the oven and promotes the rapid thawing of the frozen food.

This mode can be used for cooking foods that require fermentation, e.g., dough, kvass, yogurt, dairy products, etc.

The food is kept warm at a low temperature without continuing to cook. Ideal for food to be served later.

The blower distributes the heat optimally to the interior. The thermostat allows you to control the device and set it to the desired temperature. The distributed hot air heats the dishes quickly and evenly.

Disinfection mode uses high-temperature steam to sterilize dishes, cutlery, baby bottles, etc.

The drying process removes water from the food and extends its shelf life. Most vitamins and minerals are retained. Dehydration is ideal for the preparation of dried fruit, mushrooms, dried meat and fish.

In ECO mode, the fan works constantly and the heating elements with breaks. This helps to reduce energy losses and also saves energy.

This unit has a lock function that prevents accidental turning on of the oven by children.

The alarm clock and timer functions  work independently of all other functions. When the programmed time or the specified time interval is reached, an acoustic signal sounds. It is possible to program up to six positions for timer or alarm clock.
