Electronic Control Intelligent System

Full control of the unit’s electronic systems for fully automatic cooking and optimizing its functions.

This control allows you to use the minute minder and timer with audible signal. The operating time shown on the digital display.

The Intelligent System also can be used as separate control of the booster function Power for the cooking zones.

Glass-ceramic hobs

Our hobs with the induction heating elements have a super short glow-up time. The maximum temperature is reached in a few seconds, which saves time and energy. Thus, the glass ceramic cooktops are similar to gas stoves. They are made of the highest quality vitroceramic material and are distinguished by their elegant design. The ceramic cooktops are safe to use and easy to clean. The heating elements are controlled by means of continuously variable energy regulators.

Residual heat indication

As a precaution, the Kaiser ceramic heating surfaces are equipped with control indicators of the residual heat of each hearth ring. The LED indicator lights up until the temperature of the corresponding cooking zone is below 60°. This enables energy-saving reheating of dishes when the cooker is already switched off.

Simmer electronics

The simmer electronics enable automatic temperature reduction to the desired temperature. This is how it works: When the appliance is switched on, the cooking zone is heated up to the maximum and then switches back to the desired temperature point.

FREE ZONE

Glass ceramic induction hob with free heating elements. The FREE ZONE cooking zones allow the utensils to be placed anywhere on the hob without having to think about the size and quantity of utensils.

Barbecue function

In the barbecue mode, the food is cooked at temperature ~180 °C for a longer time (from 2 to 20 hours, depending on the size). This makes the dishes surprisingly tender and flavorful!

Teppan Yaki Function

Teppan Yaki is a Japanese way of frying food on a special tray, which is called Teppan Yaki in Japanese.

In Teppan Yaki mode, the dishes are heated to about 230 °C. Due to the high temperature, the intensity and speed of processing of the products increase, which allows them to retain their beneficial properties and bright flavor.
