The EH 6341 XXL steam oven with 29 heating functions – including Air Fry, 3D convection, and 7 steam functions – is a true highlight of Kaiser’s completely new Signature Collection – La Perle Noire. With an XXL capacity of more than 81 liters, this steam oven not only features an entirely new modern and elegant design in the exclusive Graphite Grey Matt “Moire” finish with a refined matte coating, glass, and metal front, but also offers high energy efficiency. The EH 6341 and all appliances of the new design line come equipped with TFT flat displays and a full-touch multilingual Intelligent System control unit, which elevate ease of use to a whole new level. Intelligent System – Electronic Control

The new electronic control system analyzes input data and automatically recommends the ideal temperature, preheating, time, and additional functions.

All you need to do is choose from over 50 pre-programmed recipes – the oven does the rest for you! Want to add a touch of creativity? Use one of the 20 main programs. Thanks to intelligent technology, the temperature range from 50°C to 250°C can be adjusted in precise 5-degree increments. You can also set start and end times as well as select the preheating stage. The remaining cooking time is displayed on the multifunctional multilingual TFT color display.

Circulation System

Hot Air System

The modern hot air system works with the ring heater and fan. This guarantees the even circulation of the hot air up to the furthest corner of the baking chamber.

Side grid for slide-in parts

The stainless steel grids are very convenient for pulling out baking trays and grates without damaging the enamel. The removable side grills make it easier to clean the inside of the baking chamber and can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.

Pyrolytic cleaning

Use this function to remove the stuck leftovers from baking and grease from the inside of your oven by burning them. No more need to rub: just set the Pyrolyse function which heats the oven to 400 °C for 2 /2,5/3 hours.

Eco-friendly easy clean enamel

The interior of the oven is coated with Easy clean enamel. That means healthy food, easy cleaning, and durability. The enamel from Kaiser is:

Pre-programmed recipes

For your convenience, the oven is equipped with pre-programmed recipes for various dishes. Delicious cheesecakes or macarons, pizza or toast with bacon, hearty roast beef with sauce, grilled chicken and leg of lamb – these and many other recipes are at your disposal. You are supposed to choose only one particular dish, and the oven will do the rest. In addition to the pre-programmed recipes, you can also program your own recipes and use them the next time you cook your favorite dish.

Memory function

The MEMORY function allows a range of frequently used parameters (time and power) to be stored in the memory.

AIRFRY mode

The concept of this operating function is to heat the air streams and circulate them with the help of a fan. The speed varies constantly to avoid overcooking. Place the food in a special grid basket and then in the oven. The food is cooked evenly on all sides without adding oil or fat: crispy on the outside, juicy tender on the inside. Your food will be more delicious and healthier, in addition without any smell and fire danger.  Especially recommended for French fries, chicken wings, nuggets and similar products.

Functions

DEFROSTING

If one of the convection functions is selected and the temperature control knob is set to zero, the fan will lead cold air into the oven and promote rapid defrosting of the frozen food. It is not necessary to preheat the oven, but it is still recommended for patisserie.

 

PLATE WARMING

In many restaurants not only the food but also the plates are usually warm. The reason for this is that the food stays warm longer on them, but also that some dishes only develop their full flavor on warm (often hot) plates. Even if you cook at home, preheating the plates is possible without any problems. The fan distributes the heat optimally to the inner space. With the thermostat you can control the appliance and set it to the desired temperature. The distributed hot air heats the dishes quickly and evenly.

 

DISINFECTION

Disinfection mode uses high-temperature steam to sterilize dishes, cutlery, baby bottles, etc. For example, if you properly sterilize canning jars before use, jam and preserved fruits and vegetables will keep much longer. The reason is that this kills any germs that might otherwise spoil the preserves.

 

DRYING

The drying process removes water from the food and extends its shelf life. Most of the vitamins and minerals are preserved. Dehydration is ideal for preparing dried fruit, mushrooms, dried meat and dried fish.  Whether it’s fruits, vegetables or herbs, dehydrating allows you to preserve foods in a healthy and tasty way.

DOUGH PROVING

The dough proving mode can be used to cook foods that require fermentation (dough drive, making kvass, yogurt, sour milk and other beverages that “ferment”). This mode can also be used for cooking up to 24 hours. In this case, for example, meat and vegetables become particularly tender and hardly dry out.

 

KEEP WARMING

The guests are not yet there, the meat needs a little longer or you have forgotten something and now have to keep the finished meal warm? No problem! In general, food – from casseroles, side dishes such as potatoes, rice, pasta and vegetables to cooked meat, tofu and fish – can be conveniently kept warm in the oven. Food is kept warm at a low temperature without cooking further. Ideal for dishes that will be served later.

 

ECO MODE

Nowadays, protecting the climate and budget is a necessity. Roasting and baking is becoming even more efficient. In economy mode, the fan blower works constantly and the heating elements with pauses. At the same time you can control the right cooking process with the thermostat.

 

PIZZA MODE

To make the pizza as crispy delicious as by the Italian, it does not need a stone oven.  Pizza mode is a combination of hot air and bottom heat. This is ideal for preparing pizza and dishes that require a lot of heat from below. Tip: It’s best to put the baking tray on the bottom rack. In this way, the heat is transferred directly to the pizza

 

MULTI-COOKING MODE

Top and bottom heat and convection fan turn on alternately, keeping the temperature in the oven constant and cooking and browning your food evenly. This mode is especially recommended for dishes that need to be over-baked or those that require very long cooking times, such as lasagna, pasta bakes, roast chicken or potatoes, etc. In addition, the excellent heat distribution allows the use of lower temperatures during cooking. This results in less juice loss, more tender meat and less weight loss of the roast. The Multi-Cooking mode is particularly suitable for cooking fish, which can be prepared with a small amount of seasoning while retaining flavor and appearance. Excellent results can also be achieved when cooking vegetable side dishes such as zucchini, eggplant, paprika, etc.

 

GRILL AND SUPER GRILL MODE

You can grill tender pieces of meat, steaks, chops, sausages, fish, cheese toasties and much more.  The Super Grill function allows you to take full advantage of the large grilling surface and the food is prepared faster than with the Grill function. Fan-assisted grill mode or multi-grill provides the additional activation of the fan, which prevents food from burning on the surface. Excellent results are achieved with meat and vegetable kebabs, sausages, ribs, lamb chops, chicken in a spicy sauce, quail, pork chops, etc.
